Did some cable crunches, 20 min cardio stationary bike and got out! tommorow is off day, some empty stomach cardio in the morning, 5g BCAA's and off to walk 45 min

14kgx6-14kgx6 did 3 sets, arms were on fire, very strict form and slow reps
did 20 minutes treadmill afterwards
