Perhaps you should try doing some higher rep fronties for awhile since you were only able to double with 100 kg's at the end. Try to mess with 100 kg's for awhile until you're able rep 100kg's for 8 or more. 130 kg should be no problem by then.

Today did a overall pressing session, lots of pb's!
Pin presses flat( 2.5 inches from chest)
110kgx1 PB, thought i had 2 in me
80kgx2, light spot, PB
Pendlay rows, very explosive
120kgx3, PB, not the prettiest reps, but felt great!
That was that, tommorow off, will do some cardio and thursday will be going to another gym to try out for the first time so strongman lifts, will be fun!
