through injuries,study work and everything you went from that to front squatting 140, rackpulling 230 and benching 120+ bloody good effort bro. Massive props. I am on your team for sure. Team Short guys (even tho you deserve massive props I had to knock you down a notch,lol) .
Hey no worries man, i was just going through the thread and saw that post and knowing what u lift now i was like fuck thats some great progress. Its easier to look through a small thread like that then to flick through a log as well and i know how easy it is too forget progress and things so i thought id bring it to your attention. good stuff again to be able to front squat 20kg more then ur previous back squat is pretty amazing progress.

Did some other extensions, with cable, and plates, and that was that, tommorow is DE deads!
Then Thursday off, and Friday strongman training again! will be fliming much more this time!
Bench felt ok, shoulders were sensitive from squatting yesterday, confident i can get the 130kg soon!

I'm fine! Busy with school, work, social life you know what I mean. Training is a bit slow the last few weeks because I drank too much after Ned - Kam and played some soccer while I was wasted which caused some messed up my enkel banden (dunno whats the word for it but I tore some ligaments in my ankle). So right now I try to get better asap.
