Single standing leg curl
heavy fronts and a lot of volume. I like front squats but i feel like my guts are gonna pop out when i go heavy lol i gotta tighten that belt! im gonna do front squats next leg session :) .
Nice volume, how did you fail your lifts? by not going ATG or simply not being able to do the exercise due to the bad placement?

By fail i mean that i did not complete the lift, in this case, i dropped all the way down, ATG till hammies hit calves, but dump the bar at the bottom, due to not getting up properly or because the bar is causing too much forward lean due to bad placement
Today my lowerback is killing me, i felt it in the last set of fronties yesteday, but ignored it, just take it easy and probably rest tommorow and do deads on saturday, today shoulders!
