90kgx3, pb for reps
100kgx1, and almost locked out the second one
100kgx0, almost, x0, tried again, to no avail
100kgx0, legs were too tired to properly push, but getting used to the 100kg!
BTN push press
80kgx2, easy, PB, next time ill get 90kgx2 for sure
One set OHP pressing, loose form, but fast, 60kgx9
Barbell front raises, first time with oly bar, strict form
40kgx4, very hard movement
14kgx6, all arms straight
Standing EZ bar extensions
30kgx12, tri's pumped to the max!
Tommorow off, sat deads!
