Today i had my first training and try at truck pull with just a harnas and seated hand over hand rope. i will be competing as duo's with my bro in law and training partner, 13 ton truck on 6 wheels
Truck pull harnas( 20 meters)
1st run: 24 someting seconds, first time always sucks, no lack of effort though, felt awesome
2nd run: 22.30 much better, better start
3rd run10! yes! now i i had better shoes on, we would get under the 22 for sure!
Hand over hand rope truck pull ( 20 meters)
1st run: 26 something, meh, grip is hurting! thick ass rope!
2nd run: 22 something, better, better leg drive
3rd run: 24 something, dead tired by now
In the 2nd event, stood 3 times as the guy in the back pulling on the rope to keep it thight during the run for the other guys, which means very fast pulling, complete bi+ shoulders+ foerearm swole!!
loved it! was freaking awesome! next training tuesday! will film some shots!
