Well today i wanted to actually take off but decided to do some light leg to prepare myself for friday's session where i want to put up 120kgx2!
300kgx5....p.b. for this log and gym
Standing one legged curls
2 sets of 20kgx12
4 sets of 90kgx10-6
Seated calf raises
3 sets of 60kgx8!
Did 20 minutes stationary bike and did 10 minutes threadmill for a total of 30 min cardio.
Will do shoulders and tri's 2morrow!!
