Well just did my delts,tricep workout and it went pretty good!
Seated side laterals
Seated rear delt raises
Straight bar front raises
Machine press( chest to pad...more a whole shoulder feel instead of just front delt)
After all that fatiguing of the muscles those presses are hard!Pumped like crazy!!
2 sets of standing side and bent over raises just to finish it up
Seated ez bar extenions
Pushdowns done on pulldown machine
25kgx8....much heavier then the normal cable stand...much harder negative
One armed extenions
Rope pushdowns in normal cable stand
That was that...while waiting for my training partner to get there i did a lot for abs and 15 minutes bike....decided to take cardio off today seeing that i was taking long enough on the gym without food because of the waiting and i am seeing some improvements...
Tommorow is back and cardio day!
