Nice session, you always usea big amount of exercise. I would overtrain with that amount. Keep it up

Wide grip pulldowns
Reverse grip pulldowns
Alternating dumbell curls
Straight bar curls
2 sets of 22kgx10
And that was that!
I'm really happy with the lift...!!:)
