Yesterday 18th of October had a good back,traps and bi's session
Been feelin under the weather lately and have had a lot of shit to do for school.....
Missin too many days because of this.....but now i have a week off from school and will be hittin the gym twice!morning cardio and eveing training!!bring the pain!!
Reverse grip pulldowns(4 sets)
Two handed dumbell rows
-4 sets of 22 kilo dumbells for 10 reps
-140x2(previous pb)!!!but now i im lighter so it is a better lift!!first time i didi it iwieghed about 250......now i weigh 235!!
-4 sets of 145x12(wide grip)
4 sets of 115 punds x12 reps......just to finish up and get that good stretch.......real slow and good squeeze and extensions
Alternate dumbell curls
16kgx12......biceps and forearms were pretty f'd up from back training
1o kg x10(3 sets)
Did some machine curls to finish up with a good pump(4o kg for about 20 reps for 4 sets)
Felt pretty good and will be aiming for 150 kg dead in the next backworkout!

That was about it.......nothing spectacular about the workout......damn flu kept me out longer then wanted...
