Great session bro, the volume of the exercises has dropped so good job. But I still think you need less warmup sets before your heaviest sets. You will have more energy to go all out on your heavier lifts. But I am seeing some nice signs of improved strength. Keep up the good work, its nice to see you bounced back from being sick so fast.
Yeah, get some sleep and eat good, it should help. U hit back in no time.
