Front bar raises

Tommorow is legs baby!!
Had a good leg session today!
Warmed up with two sets of
leg extensions ss with hamstring curls
Lunges ( first time)
Set 1 i tried it with dumbells
14kgx10....fail ( 5 per leg) too heavy
the next 2 sets were with a 20kg bar x7 per leg
Like it so far.. feels good in my hams and quads...may keep doing them!

Leg press calf presses
160kgx15 3 sets
Standing calf raises
3 sets of 100kgx8
Legs were jelly by now
Tomorrow is chest with biceps

real good weights trown around, good going getting that pb, but i guess you´ll use more next time and some high reps with the crossover so i see where you get the pump from. since the triceps are all machine can´t really tell if it was strong but the numbers look strong so yeah buddy lightweight!!! awesome job, on a flipnote why did you do wide grip bench?
