Did a chest session today and energy was low....maybe because i went overboard yesterday :keke:

Unilateral flat machine press
20kg each sidex8
Inlcine barbell press
60kgx6 3 sets
2 sets of 20kgx15
Did 3 sets of Standing calf raises 80kgx8 just for pump
This was done in 45 minutes with minimal rest between sets
So it was 15 sets for chest
Then i did 30 min cardio
Tommorow is shoulders and tri day
I have never been able to do dips because of my weakness and high bodyweight....but i felt like it was time to try doing them....all i wanted was to get 1 dip and i can start from there....i think the reason why my push muscles arent as strong as my legs and pull muscles is because i never did a lot of push ups or dips...i can do push ups but im too lazy...but dips i was never able to do...so i go to the dip station and i was able to pull of 2...then another 2...then 1...i was really happy and im gonna start doing dips on chest and tri days....just to improve my overal strength...plusa im gonna start doing more pushups regularly!
