Well biking didnt happen yesterday....just stayed home relaxed and ate good food
Today i did some shoulders and cardio
Front raises both arms
3 sets of 8kgx10
Bent over laterals
3 sets of 8kgx10
Did some olympic bar curls..my biceps didnt get stiff fomr last workout...tooo light i think
Then did bike 20 minutes like last time
Tommorow is legs( hams are pretty stiff form deads and cardio) calves, abs and maybe cardio if i can do it...
Final session for the week to get everything sore and stiff...was quads and abs day. no hams because they are stiff from deads and cardio...
Warmed up with 3 sets of 300kgx12 leg extensions
Did some hack squats for the first time...
Machinex15...the machine is heavy alreaady....god im weak :(
2 sets of 10kg each side x8.....damn this excersice is hard...gotta improve them

Then did some machine crunches and got out...
So everything is hurting and will start moving some more serious wieght starting monday!!

Tuesday is back and biceps....gonna do shoulders and traps instead of traps with back....too much volume for one workout!
