real good session there strenght is comming
Well my cell phone can count how many steps i walk and count how many calories I burn in a 24 hour period
Yesterday it said i burned 2000 kcals at work!! and today it sad 1700 kcal!
Those numbers cant be right...but im taking the opportunity ta eat less and burn the kcals to see if a drop a few pounds!
Didnt get to train back beacuse worked till 7 pm and to fuckin tired...
Finally had a day off and trained bakc shoulders and bi's...may seem like a lotbut i missed the last three days....
Medium D grip pulldowns
Machine high rows
3 sets of 10kgx10
Machine press ss with machine side laterals
20kg each sidex10 ......5kg each sidex10...
3 sets of 8kgx10
Machine preacher curls
4 sets of 45kgx10-7-8-6...done in a fast pace to increase pump
Straight bar curls
Did all of this in 70 minutes... was a fast but good workout..
Next workout is saturday....legs and traps...
Will check everybody's logs on saturday too!

Did some cardio and a tiny bit of arms today
30 min threadmill at 5% incline and varied the speed between 5.0 and 7.0 kmh
Then i did
Dumbell single arm extension
Dumbell curls both arms same time
Then i did 15 minutes bike at level 6
oh right....before the arm workout i did abs!
Good session...started using venom by alri today....good sweat!
Tommorow is legs and traps!

4 sets of 24kg dumbells x15 extreme contraction and stretch
Did 4 sets ab crunches machine...hits whole abdomen
