3 sets of 60kgx8-8-6...little rest in between
2 sets of 60kgx8 back is tired by now...
Cable high rows neutral grip
Hammer curls Drop sets
One armed dumbell curls
8kgx15 each arm
Reverse grip curls
20kgx10....grip was gone by now...
Did all in 55 minutes....really high paced workout ad was tired at the end!
Tommorow is rest and tuesday is shoulders and tri's!!
