Had a really good training! since starting the new 5x5 routine custom version i have been having great sessions and a lot of pb's!

One drop set leg extensions...80kgx7...65kgx6....50kgx5...SWOLE!!
Incline dumbell press
30kgx10....pb for reps
34kgx8...pb for reps
38kgx5....i think this is a pb...not sure though...
Straight bar pulldowns
Preacher dumbell curls
14kgx8 each arm
Single arm hammer curls
24kgx6.....PB....what a pump!!
Did some abs and got out!

Had a interesting session today
Did some standing clean and press with dumbell for shoulders...i just took the dumbells and stood with them with straight arms at my sides and swinged them up to my shoulders....from there a press...descend is same technique and repeat..

Standing front raises
12kgx6 each arms
Seated one handed shrugs
3 sets of 24kgx10..PUMP!!
One handed rope pushdowns for tri's
Really concentraded on contraction and stretch

Standing ham curls one leg at a time
50kgx8 2 sets
Did some calf work total 9 sets and got out
Pump in shoulders was amazing and loved the new excercise!
