-4 sets whole stack(300pounds??)10 reps for each
Did 3 sets of crunches and that was that
Good session all around and felt pretty good...didn't have anybody to spot me today so didn't do 120 alone..needed a bit of help to complete the 120 last time

Today i did back with a friend of my and he never has had a real back workout from the look of things!by the time we got to bb rows he was sucking for air!!
Close grip cable rows
Barbell rows!(oh yeah baby!!love them!!)
-60kgx7(reverse grip tp show my friend how to do them!)
Close grip pulldowns
-2 sets of 160poundsx8
-3 sets of 22kilo dumbells(biggest in the gym!!:angrydude:)x10
Did them with real stretch and contraction!felt good baby!
By now my friend suddenly needed to study for a exam so he got the fuck out!
I did some biceps
-3 sets of 20 kilo'sx12-15 ss with machine curls till the burn was too much
-2 sets of 20 kilo'sx10
-3 sets of 80 pounds x15?(till the burn was too much!
Did three sets of bench leg raises and got out!
That was about it!
