I havent been training these last weeks beacuse of holidays/work/school/family etc.
I wil start back asap as soon as everything is completed with school etc.
I will also have a new plan and have a couple of goals to try to accomplish by dec 2009
- Lose some bf%
- Increase compound lifts by 20%
- Improve cardiovascular capacities
I still dont have a plan of action as to how i want to accomplish these goals
But as soon as i have something i will post it for comments!
im more blubber then mass :)...im 124kg now after holiday eating...
Did a complete body workout today ion 90 minutes...nothin really heavy and minimal rest
Rotator cuff ex.
Incline dumbell press
Standing barbell press
Pulldowns ss with non supported dumbell rows( non active hand on knee
65kgx8 /30kgx6 each arm 3 sets
Side laterals ss rear laterals
3 sets of each 8kgx8
60kgx2...inner thigh cramped up
3 sets of extensions with 60kgx10
3 sets standing leg curls each leg 35kgx10
single dumbell extentions ss dumbell curls
12kgx10 each arm/12 reps with 14kg 2 sets
Concentration curls 2 sets of 10kgx8
Rope pushdowns 2 sets of 10( dont remember wieght)
Some low cable rows ( standing with big arch por pump
That was that...tommorow ill do abs and maybe some pushups at home
