Well, after my great back session, i got the allergies big time, slept shit, had a long ass day at school the next day and ate like shit , nearly not enough food, i had the worst workout of 2009 so far...i wanted to shoot myself for sucking this much...

32kgx9...couldnt get the 10th...i knew something was wrong from here on...
30kgx8....i didnt have nergy for shit and the weghts felt heavy as shit..

Cable side laterals
did 3 sets...just to hit fill some blood in it...
Did some tricep extensions and got out...
I am really allergic to a lot of shit, and since the weather got better these days, i got a jacket out of the storage closet, BIG MISTAKE, lots of dust there and on the jacket, i got the allergies like a crackedup guy, could barely breathe and a migraine...maybe i shouldnt of hit the gym but i didf anyways....i did get a decent pump going so it wasnt a TOTAL waste..today im feeling a bit better so im gonna hit the legs...but probably light...

Did 4 sets of hammer ab crunches with 20kg and did 3 sets of hanging reverse crunches for 10-12 reps
Also did 20 min cardio
Light leg session to get back into it but had a good pump!
tommorow im gonna do a upperbody light session, just to hit it a bit and pump blood into muscles, take wednesday off to go see T-pain! and gonna start heavy again on thursday!
It's openday at my gym the 14th so im gonna take my cam and take some pics with the big guy''s there, i heard neset icli will be there!
