did 3 sets of 20,30,40 kg each side for 12-10-8
same as side laterals
Seated machine tricep extenions
10kg each sidex12
Pressdowns with Vbar
did 3 sets...10-8-6...
did some cardio and got out....im leaning out pretty good and havent lost much strength so im happy

^^ thanx man! my shoulders fuck up my bench big time, i explained a couple of weeks ago why, my let shoulder has been dislocated 6 times and the ligaments are weak as shit so it hurts when i bench heavy and i have bad balance and control and obviously my left is weaker once i get tired in a set benches, this doesnt happen when i use dumbells
