Did some crossovers for 3x12 reps
Cable overhead extensions
Did 4 sets of 12-10-10-8
3 sets of 12
Short straight barbell overhead extensions standing
2 sets of 30kgx12
Didnt put weights for the weight stacks cuz I use different weight stacks all the time, on one 25kg feels like 50 kg on the other one, so its not accurate
Did abs and cardio, 20 min burned 220kcals
Took today off, tommorow shoulders, traps and biceps!
