Ok, did my back and bi session, but didnt do any ME deads today, had a guy that wanted to train with me so i thaught him how to do them but at the end of the workout, so did more speed deads

EZ bar curls, its been a while!
Seated incline dumbell curls
8kgx7...lolz, totally toast...
Did 20 minutes cardio and burned 260kcals, pb for kcals lolz
Tommorow is delts and triceps( and some abs and cardio)
