Ah-HA! I knew those damn weeds had to be good for something. Not only does it help to protect the liver but it also aids in urinary tract functions.
Summary: Stick with Liv-52. Some people have said milk thistle does nothing for them but Liv-52 has the research and results you want to see when it comes to something as serious as your health. Of course, the Dandelion Root is good as well but Liv-52 is an absolute must!

Yea, I admit it; this stuff tastes horrible. Very bitter and every time I drink it I feel like I'm gona' puke. But hey, it's great for the kidneys and that's what we're after here.
Alright, that's pretty much it everyone. Of course, there are many known herbs out there to help with all of these functions but these are the most popular and proven herbs out there.
