Tried to save energy to get 405 up, didn't get it as much as I used to. Oh well, something to work on if I want to. Made my shoulder sore though, on a good note 315 and 365 felt extremely easy.
Incline DB Press:

4 plates/side x 12

I don't have that kind of time, nor do I take the "supps" for that. The only thing anabolic I have taken in almost 5 years is Havoc and I can't compete against guys taking all the stuff they do now. But thank you for the compliment of thinking I could even compete at that level
4 PLATES!!! 4 PLATES!!! braaq, ure fucking off the hook man im extremely impressed. this kind of strenght, and almost a natty too, uve done 1 cycle and ur only taking a prohormone and throwing up bigger numbers then 90% of the big time juicers i know off:D when i finish riding out the strenght gains from my current split ill be turning to you for some advices on my training. looks like ur low volume approach is working extremely well for you, atleast in terms of strenght, but i believe strenght and mass go hand in hand for the most part anyway. awesome job bro, and keep posting ur sessions, its inspiering to say the least:)
