rotator cuff warmups
one handed Tricept pushdowns
30lbs i think? stickers missing
8-12 reps each hand
standing facing away tricep over heads with v-bar on cable machine
60-70lbs? 8-10 reps, flexed triceps all way thru, pumped
Dips with my weight 8
Db zottman curls 25lbs (light still not used to these rubber encased dbs) 10+reps
Db hammer curls 30lbs 8-14reps
one handed cable curls like concentration form 40lbs 8-10reps per arm
side shoulder raises with dbs 20lbs 8-10
ab cable rope crunches kneeling and standing
standing 80? lbs 10+reps
kneeling 100or so with 10+reps
used my grizzly knee wraps
leg press with sled (havent done these in like a year or two keke)
90lbs wu, then 360, then 380,then 400? i think well i did get to 400lbs 4-5reps
leg extensions 80-100lbs 8+reps
seated leg curls up to 110lbs 8+reps
seated leg press machine calf presses (2 diff machines)
up too 110lbs for each and both calves 8-10reps

been training with my older bro.
First off i did 4 sets of bench pressing
1st set was 65lbs, 2nd 145, 3rd 155, 4th 155
with 14+ reps with with 10+reps with 4+ reps 3+ reps
did rear delts with cable machine right side cable with left hand and left side cable with right, never did this before, long time since ive done rear delts
tried 30lbs got 4+ reps, then 20lbs 4-7 reps?
did some other stuff, kinda pooped right now
took some n.o. xplode (3 half scoops almost) with one scoop of glycergrow
then after workout, drank scoop n half of cellmass and ate a protein plus bar,
side note, when i got to the gym and was in the locker room putting my stuffs up
group of kids were caught in there it was bout near 12 somin o clock
illegal for them to be around, no parents etc...
the guy who unlocks the door, lets members in called the cops on them
i minded my own business, didnt stare of give a look like "you deserve it"
just ignored their situation, maturely.
overall, if i can keep adding bout 5lbs or so every week or other i can get back to 245+ late this year. hope so heh, or early 09', i dont like their iron grips plates and dbs..
still need to get used to fancier equipment.
i give my workout a 8.8 out of 10.
today did squats
95lbs 8+reps (ass to ground) i seriously need to practice more with form
going to assess this more.
135 12reps 145 8 reps 155 4+ reps 160 3 reps
adding 5lbs once to twice a week to get 3 reps no less for last set
leg press 270 8+reps 410 4+ reps
db incline presses 40lbs 8-11reps
machine decline hammer presses
multiple settings up to 40 each side
also did rotator cuff workouts
seriously light weight of course, going to slowly increase
also not quite used to working out at nite
but im getting there :)
