100lbs 10+reps, tried 150 got 1, this machine is very complex for joints.
incline machines press, 110lbs for 9+reps
then tried 190lbs which i got last time for 4 reps, didnt get even 1..
drop setted to 170 for 6 or so.
Standing Straight bar reverse curls 50lbs 10+reps
Standing EZ curl wide grip curls 65lbs 8+reps
Standing EZ curl close grip curls 75lbs 8+Reps

then after that did cardio for bout 10mins 100cals burned.

tricep standing pressdowns underhand grip focusing on form and contraction
30lbs ? i think, all i could see is 0 first numbers are rubbed off.. 15-20reps
good pump for triceps for once.
seated tricep machine plated pressdowns 115lbs per side 8-10reps
abs standing side ab freemotion side crunches 50 or so lbs 10reps per side
seated ab crunches with machine 50-60lbs 10reps
machine oblique twists 130lbs 8reps
lat pull downs 2 sets wide and narrow
up to 110lbs 8-12 reps
seated db shrugs 50lbs 8-10reps (dbs kept hitting my quads)
then seated machine shrugs 90lbs per side 8+reps good pump
seated machine row up to 155lbs 8reps
then seated handle rows 70lbs for end pump back session
leg presses with weird leg press machine up to 620lbs 3-4reps
