that leg press thing is interesting, you put the plates on the side like leg presses but
the plates are very low to the ground, and the place you put your feet are high up

70s i got like 4 or 5, for now on im doing db presses
a tad easier.
incline db flyes for pump 30lbs 10+reps , upper chest gets worked easy... creeeepy
db curls with zottman both arms at last 2 reps
then 35lbs 10+reps
standing bb straight curls 70lbs 8-10reps
standing reverse bb curls 70lbs 7+ reps
standing freemotion left arm curls 30-40lbs 8-12reps
seated ab crunch machine up to 100lbs 8-12reps 2 sets
seated/kneeled oblique twisting machine
130lbs 8-12 reps
rotator cuff/ shoulder wus
flat DB presses
4 sets, last set 75 (slight incline) 3-5reps
Note - Db presses give me a better pump, also much easier on my joints. oddly enough, going to stay steady with them.

first set normal wide grip 100lbs
then a triple ss set, super wide, wide, and close grip underhand
115lb 5 reps each
legs leg press machine again this time just blasting quads
180lbs per side 14+ reps.
then some weird leg press where you lay down and kick
for each leg.150per side 10 per leg.
