then Straight bar 2 sets 70lbs and 80lbs
seated db hammer curls ronnie style
(note: never squat with jeans on , i mean Levi denim jeans, big MISTAKE)
leg press 680ish lbs 6 reps
did 3 sets, one set toes staight
2nd set tows outwards
last set (set that was 680) toes inwards
then some calf presses on it
3, 45lbs per side
one legged calf presses with that weight 8 reps per leg
then seated calf presses
lying hamstring curls
seated hamstring curls
Lion - yea i did 2 sets 135 was okay, then i added 50lbs meh
i'll slowly increase it by 10s. just to be safe

Rocky - they were baggy on me.. lol 34x34 size and i fit a size 30 now, i had that black sleevless underarmour shirt on and my jeans kept falling, people could see my Family Guy boxers hahaha
thanks too man, that leg press machine isn't normal
its like hydraulic or something, you push it with your legs
and the pad thing moves up and while doing so it kinda goes downwards or something. and you load the plates on it like 10-14inches below where the foot pad is. feels weird.
