db shrugs 70lbs 15 reps
db side laterals (never do this heh, use machine usually)
25lbs 2 sets 8-10
(need to do this more often, in the mirror looks like it works
shoulders very well)
overhead press for shoulders
up to 125lbs 6reps did 4 sets
pec deck up to 190lbs 10-12reps or more
and went to wal-mart
got 3 huge protein bars
get that sleep bro, get hold of some melatonine, it works pretty well, just tried it yesterday and fell asleep at 9 pm like alittle child, too bad i need a fucking prescription in this dump of a country to get it:(
