Cardio 1 hour 10 mins cals i cant count them
did a bunch of stuff
but i can tell you that i did
185lbs SLDLs for 2 sets 7-8
810leg presses for 6+reps
etc., played basketball for 25mins
im eating a meso-tech bar
and a met-rx protein plus bar
and a protein plus bar
with G2 to drink

Sounds like you had a really busy day at the gym dude. I was checking out your pics, your arms are looking pretty good there. You always seem to hit the most muscular pretty well. Hopefully I'll be able to get some pics up sometime soon in my log.

warmup machine seated one handed curls
DB hammer curls seated Ronnie C style
3 sets up to 40lbs (2 sets of 8 with 40lbs)
standing facing away ez curl cable curls
50,80?,100lbs 8+ reps for 50,80, then 5 reps with 100
standing freemotion one handed curls
up to 45lbs alt twisting negatives, 10-12reps
Seated dip machine
270 (whole stack) 6 reps
i need to find away to bind myself to the seat
cus' i could of repped out 10...
i weight like 172lbs.heh
that looks like a heavy ass arm session

tkD - i used to weigh about 205 a year seven or so months ago
i lose lot of weight, but trying to gain back muscle wise
hard to keep it. with a crappy diet :( thanks by the way !
Lance - yea , that machine is actually easy for some reason
people look at me like "woooahh" but its easy if you can keep your body in the seat without being lifted in the air heh.
