tried to help my bro with 70lb flat presses (my bro weighs like 126lbs)
he didnt get one, but he can do 65s easily for 4-5
shrugs with dead lift plate thing
up to 380lbs 2 sets of 8
(5 sets total, last 2 were 380 for 8 each)
Db standing hammer curls (cheat style)
70lbs 8 reps, 65lbs 8 reps
seated db hammer curls excellent form 45lbs
reverse straight bb curls 80lbs 6-8reps
standing bent one handed cable curls
30lbs 10+ reps each hand
Standing both and cable curls (like your doing front double biceps)
40lbs per side 6+reps 30lbs per side 10+reps
zottman curls (to show my brother how to do them)
25lbs 10-12 reps
bb rows with smith
two different positions (smith is slanted to one side more, so i did
facing the wall and then facing away)
90lbs 10+resp and then ASAP done with that set
turn around face away 90lbs for 10+
110lbs 2 sets same way 8-10reps
(but on the last 2 sets i did power lifting style hand
one handed machine row, like cable row but you
can use one hand at a time. 110lbs 6 reps per arm
seated rear delt machine , weird machine
up to 120lbs 6 reps
standing side rope crunches 50lbs 10reps 2 sets
seated ab crunch 130lbs 12-15reps
seated crunch machine 100-120lbs 10-12reps
oblique twists 110lbs 10+reps per side

but legs would not stop shaking.

190 for 10.. (took off my shirt, and had my sleeveless UA shirt underneath)
60ish lbs 6 -8 reps (grant was showing me a special way of doing these)
15lbs for like 12-15? reps or more...
then 22.5lbs 8-10reps
i think i did 25lbs for 6,.. might be wrong.

opinions and suggestions on workouts, hes 6'0 or so and 222lbs
im 5'8 or 9 ish and 170-175 so we're both figuring out
whats best for our size, (as in depth of pushes,lifts etc, how far arms go out, etc)
A bit of experimentation and outside opinions is always great for fine-tuning your program mate. Good session too. Kick your brothers arse for staying in the spa the whole time though.

thyrotabs were some what crushed, some of em lol meh..
