110lbs 8 reps per arm
125lbs 8 reps
seated lat pull down with handles
up to 65lbs per arm 8-12reps
(did 4 sets, but last set was 65lbs)
lat pulldown with bar
up to 130?lbs with narrow v-bar 6-8reps
3 sets (from 100lbs, usually dont do lat pulldowns)
Seated db front raises
db side laterals 2 sets seated 2 sets standing
2 sets with 20 i think...
machine overhead press
one handed 50lbs 8reps per arm
then 110lbs both arms 8+reps
then 140lbs 5 reps
then 140lbs again for 4 :(
db seated curls
25lbs 12--15+ reps
30lbs 8 reps per arm.
35lbs db hammer seated 10-12reps
40lbs db hammer 8-10reps
free motion semi bent cc curls
35lbs per arm 10+reps

Rage - it helps out, the A&F shirt thats over the other 2 is a thick shirt, then under it is a Underarmour sleevless, then last is a muscle tee, i took off the Underarmour shirt
and people kept starring at me, lol. they stopped their workout and were like ":carduindisguise"
THanks BB - I do them to help with my bicep peak, but i might cut them out ... i didnt really know chest presses,bench etc worked the delts that much, lol thanks :)
