Tkd yea, i should've waited till next workout LOL. i was bout to do yates rows but was afraid i'd pull a bicep or something, i took the bb off a decline bench it still had a 45 on each side, i just lifted it off with both arms, set it on the floor. biceps pumps have been coming by quicker, after the first set their pumped like Arnolds lol..
