its 8:55am, clocked in at 11:01PM last nite
135-140? 5 reps
and i added 5-10lbs till the 5th set
up to fuck i forgot.. tired
first set.. 135.. last 4 145
did some machine one handed rows up to 110lbs per arm 8 reps.
going to sleep now bye bye...
Did a shift right before work last nite
Squats 5 sets up to 175lbs 5 reps
bench, i forget,
rows up to 185, but got 2-3 shit reps with 185, decreased weight for 5
did one armed machine rows 1 set per arm
got the fuck out, cus i was nearly late for work
was going to shower first but didnt have enough time
(had a 5 on the right side and 10 on the left on accident, didnt realize it til after the 5 sets of 5..took the plate off on the left, put a 10 on the right did an extra set of 5)
up to 185lbs for the last 3 sets
135 x 5x5
some biceps, and back, situps on machine
