haha thanks guys, well i go cus i can't concentrate hard enough when theres alot of people around me, even with headphones on full blast, the noise, and voices make me dizzy
i dunno im not used to crowds and lots of movement.
but today i went around 7am lots of people today, but i dealt with it
Rotator cuff warm ups 20lbs and 22.5lbs
seating db hammer curls ronnie style
30lbs 2 or 3 sets forgot 10-14
then with same weight db curls with knuckles facing forward (full twist motion)
8-12 reps, then 1 or 2 sets of zottman curls normal speed up and slow down for forearm.
same reps as above.
some reverse bb curls (wanted to try 70 someone was using it)
5-6reps 2 sets, hard to concentrate, alot of assfaces near me getting in the way
then freemotion curls with one handed cable 40 to 45lbs 8-12reps
good bicep peak pump, could easily see right bi peak in mirror
then some shoulder raises on machine one handed 70 6-10 one handed each.
then both hands drop set to 50bls 8-12 slow reps
some one legged with both legged calf presses
max weight for one legged calf press on machines (2 diff machines)
between 130-155lbs for one legged each
then did them with both legs up to 255, good slow reps, (could go whole stack easily, but i need to feel the contraction or it doesnt do shit for me)
also for those sets and all i did 2 sets toes inward, 2 sets outwards.
some leg work
one legged leg extenions 70lbs 6-8reps each
then one legged leg press on machine sled up to 120 - 140lbs 6-8reps
did some abs,
I work at H-E-B a giant grocery chain/store
as an overnight stocker, tuesdays thru saturdays 11pm to 7:30-9am, and mondays 12 to 8ish
chest and other stuff
did machines mostly,
incline and regular.
up to 155lbs 6-8 reps
5 sets on first chest press (2 were warmup)
then 3 on inclineish
flat db flyes, chest outwards legs back
30lbs 8+ 40lbs 6-8 2 sets with 40s
low cable crossovers for lower chest up to 30lbs 6+
back and all, i'll update later
right now i have to take my cat to get youthenized
cus hes dying.. :(
and im going to bring him back home and bury him out in the back
Hi steve, hopefuly these words would help smooth things for a short time,
i understand where your coming from regarding to having to put your cat down
its heartbreaking for your whole family, yourself and even for your cat, but think of it as in a nice way if your cat is unwell your giving it a better new life in peace and no more pain.
I had to watch my two dogs be put to sleep.... and it crushed me hard inside but to know they are still here inside of us from the love we share with ur animals and knowing somewhere out there they are watching us.
Have your head up bro and look towards the future and the new life your giving your cat, doing the right thing sometimes can be hard.
