today took a piece of paper, pencil
wrote what i did, going to keep it and slowly increase the weights, will
do the same thing i wrote down (exercises etc) and increase weight
one warmup set (sometimes two) before each working set
wont put down how much WU is, doesnt matter.
one handed rows on plated machine -
8 reps 4 plates per side per arm.
Db shrugs seated -
BB rows using smith (for now) 140lbs 8 reps (2 45s, and 2 25s)
Machine seated curls techno gym (preacher style)
(did 3 or so sets, but last one= 70lbs 6 for right arm 4-5 (assist for weak ass left)...
bb curls olympic 75, 8-10 slow up slow down (all neg)
db curls -
30 10+ (weak yes, will have to do this first rather than last)
was suppose to do one handed pushdowns but some preppy jock fucks were using the handle attachments so did it with both hands
up to 80lbs slow reps 4-8+ best tricep pump ever, feels as good as bicep peak/pump
seated machine tricep/chest dip, one handed, 105lbs 8+reps each hand
incline chest presses machine -
215lbs 4+ reps
db flat flyes -
was suppose to use cable thing for low cable flyes someone was using it..
pec deck one handed 120lbs 8-10reps (per arm)
seated machine shoulder presses slow reps 140 4+
one handed side raises machine 110lbs 8+
seated rear delt row machine 125 8+
