one legged leg press up to 325-340lbs? 6 reps (excluding weight of sled etc)
cable rows up to 220lbs 4-8reps

Hey everyone, as you may know, ive been gone for a long time and have had to deal with issues, money, job etc, but im fine now.
As for working out, i do it at my house, all i got is a pair of 20lbs db's and a 35lb db, and some old school home gym stuff my mom got years ago... im saving up to buy a home gym since the gym membership costs,
went up here, almost all the gyms, i dont get my heb discount at golds anymore, so i said **** it. also ive been saving money and buying Silver and gold. but my home gym is priority 3, 1 is bills, 2 saving, 3 gym.
im still pretty big, most of my strength comes from my job at heb (still overnight stocker) and i do what ever i can here. next week im buying a car jack to lift my bicycle up and modifying it so i can cycle inside my house, ghetto? lol so. alright well cya guys.
got my set of adjustable dumbbells (from ebay) 172$ shipped, 16, 10lb plates, 4 ,2.5lbs plates . 4 5lbs plates. each handle can hold 110lbs with collar (barely)
iam using an old coffee table as my bench, so far im doing 60-70lbs one handed flat db press 5+ reps (not bad... for now) 60lbs hammer curls, 90lbs rows, etc

got a package in the mail, i bought a huge lot of supplements on ebay.. this guy even added some stuff i didnt see on the item description, a whole case of 10g glutamine packets. also lots of BCAA powder (maybe 300++ servings) eye support caps, liver detoxifiers, fat burners, Coenzyne 200mgs (that stuff bikers use, i guess) lots of ****... and im doing well right now, did 18 reps for 45lbs db flyes, then 20-25 pushups, one handed tricep twists (lay on coffee table, face up arm out, then as if doing db hammer curls to chest, but for triceps) did as many as i could. still feeling sore, also did 20mins cardio outside on mt bike.
