So im back into training.
i recently transferred to day time work, since i've been working overnight for the past 4 years i need a switch.
im working in Deli as meat slicer/ and cook. its gonna be so tempting to eat everything in the back lol.
anyway, im going to lifetime fitness, im lean now, but want a little more mass.
i eat alright, i chew more now, i space my meals better than i used too. usually dont drink sodas,
i only go to fast food once or twice a month maybe. i usually drink water only at work, unless i have enough
protein to use for both work and gym time.
im currently taking opti-men multi vitamin

i ordered two things of Jack3d, some Xten for during wotkout
and Animal Pak ( i know i both animal pak and opti-men, i deleted my subscription to opti-men since i needed to use other card, so i then switched to animal pak.
and might be taking some m-drol and h-drol depends (expiration dates are close to early next year anyway)
right now i sometimes do a small fractional workout in my room then same day or next a 30 min workout and some cardio.
usually days i workout i eat a lot, usually an extra meal/snack right before leaving for gym. surprisingly i dont throw up during workout. lol.
i dont do as much heavy weight, i keep it varying, and twice a month i switch my workouts around, and how i perform/execute them.
usually pays off :) and still is. unless i try some other mixture of training.
my workouts are like a triathlon/marathon type.
usually not much rest between sets or workouts, stretch after every two workouts, get enough water intake/aminos too.
usually start out with my body parts which are lacking first. and do that til they dont (right now just my lef calve and chest but might be genetics?)
i do the weak spots first til they regain fullness i want(ed).
i workout with my bro who needs to gain weight.

did a marathon today
did everything except legs and back, (that is tonight)
did 10+ mins of treadmill after workout
Before workout i drank jack3d (2 half scoops big mistake) (this is the non mico version aka banned version is what i got)
intra (during) i drank 3 scoops worth xtend watermelon madness
after i finished my intro xtend shake, then ate a healthy choice at home
and got really high. :)
i have two tubs of BSN true-mass, one 5lb tub of abb pro whey
im taking a havoc clone and an h-drole clone, taking optimen vitamins
and on heavy days animal pak. some glucosamine and chondroitin..
some fat aid stuff (cheap)
