notes:Light/moderate day and pretty fast session.BB rows were closest to my max weights ,but kinda felt good doing it..wasnt too hard.2 days rest now and its HEAVY deads on saturday.
Lions and tigers and bears... oh my. Nice work there Lion. Squats looked very nice and those rows... was that the back end of a VW bug you were rowing? I liked the 20 sec rest bench press. May I steal that from you? Keep it up Lion!
