Awesome session...I'm really starting to like this split you're using right now...
Biceps are not really weak point for me i think ,but you be the judge.I just pumped them with little weights,as you can see theres not too many sets done..

Thank you all for your comments!Last few days has been very busy for me..i ate about 2-3 meals per days..so calories and protein intake has been very low..but no work for next 4 days so its all about training ,eating and resting.
