I believe you on the lack of energy, sometimes you get tired and the weight starts to control your movement rather than you controlling it. But on Bent Over BB rows you shouldnt drop down like your doing a deadlift. Just lower the bar down with your arms and then pull it back up to your belly button. You had the row part down, if you didnt expend your energy on the way you lowered the bar you could have gotten more.
Still it was a good heavy lift, you definitely have a thick and wide build bro. Keep giving us these vids, its impressive.
