damn i envy u that pressing strenght! that military press is just awesome bro and that dropset sure looks crazy:D close grip bench looks awesome too, especially for just having massacred ur shoudlers. crazy side laterals too, but i would really discard those front raises. front delts get enough through chest training and military presses anyway, wouldnt compromise their recovery:)

Flat BB presses
130kg*8 drops 90kg*10
Rest of the session was very light.Did DB flyes,dips,side laterals,rear laterals and upright rows.Just pumped little blood in there.Bench should have been lighter ,but i felt good so..:coolguy:
Tomorrow ill do little back and arms.
