I went to do legs this morning and i happened to pull my groin while doing squats.Sucks to be me
Chest and biceps
Flat BB presses
High incline SM presses
Machine preacher curl
Lying cable curl
notes:Not too bad,actually felt pretty good afterwards.Bench felt much better than last week and even going low reps the pump was fantastic:gaysign:

notes:Groin felt fine during leg presses until the last set and it was almost impossible to do fronties ,but i guess i somehow had it done.Now couple of hours after the session ,my groin feels just fine:gaysign:
Hopefully ill be back doing frontsquats with 140kg in next week..
