thanks rocko - stayed home from work today to take care of my daughter, who is sick also, so hopefully a day of nothing but rest will do me good. todays my usual day off from lifting so im not missing anything today. planning on replacing tomorrow mornings delt workout with my missed back session, my back needs it more than my shoulders, but we'll see.

alright, felt good friday afternoon, so i went and did my first ever full body workout, mostly to make up all the missed shit all week.
weighted pull up - 25 lbs
clean and jerk
weighted dip - 25 lbs
standing calf raises
not really heavy, just kinda feeling stuff out, like i said it was my first ever full body lift
chest and triceps monday morning
next week is a scheduled off week, so im kinda coasting into it, my body is pretty beat down, so this week is just going for the pump, no failure or high intensity stuff
floor press close grip
incline skull crush
back, hammies, and biceps
pull up - bodyweight
t-bar row 25 lb plates
u/h wide pull down
hammer medium grip seated row
db standing curl
again, not real heavy, just going for the feel this week
