wow you're really going for strength with that bench - nice work. Don't fret on the DB militaries - it happens to me randomly as well, most of the time it's back to normal the following week. Nice work with the PB on side laterals and DB rows, and those deads are looking good.

Prize, I'm delighted to see that your pushing the weight dramatically. I love your confidence in the gym and your up-beat mood around the weights.
