Notes - Before you laugh at the side laterals, I'll mention I am trying a new form. Thumbs down the whole time, standing straight up the whole time, and stopping the weights about 6" from my hips on the descent. Hard stuff.
After this we went to another guy's and boxed for a couple hours.
