I can tell its an upper body emphasized session, but you didnt seem to do much for any major muscle group really. You did enough for chest, but it focused on incline movements, and you did two movements for your back (4 is the minimum IMO, a low pull, high pull, row, and dead). And one movement for shoulders... You place emphasis on different muscle groups every few sessions?
This is what i mean by the log looking like you just go in and pump iron without much of a plan.
I get where you're coming from, but if you check out my past month or so of sessions I think you'd get what I'm doing moreso.
But i understand where you are coming from.
