CG Bench - 135x5, 175x5, 175x5, 175x5, 175x5. I could've bumped up to 185 but didn't trust anybody to spot me.

Leg abductions - 100x20, 150x20
Hopefully I will be able to post my back and shoulders tomorrow but my work schedule is kind of fucked.

Freako - I have been doing it for about 4 months, going 2x a week for the last month. We do it at my friends house just b/c I don't have the funds to go to class with them. I love it. Is Judo similar?
