Sup dudes. I figured I'd try and get this thing started again because I know you guys missed me like crazy. I'm at 6' 195 right now and leaner than I've been. I just completed the Smolov Jr. for bench and it went from 230 to 245. I tried the deadlift simultaneously but my back couldn't take it. I just started to up the calories and I plan on packing on some mass this winter. I might do an Epistane cycle soon, still contemplating it.
